Process

1. Exhaust cover is carefully removed and cleaned.
2. Fan assembly is removed and thoroughly cleaned.
3. Air powered rods are then inserted through the entire line, loosening any buildup.
4. In instances where there is a buildup of grease, special de-greasing agents are applied.
5. All dust is then collected using a high powered vacuum.
6. Once the entire line is cleaned, the fan unit and cover are reinstalled to complete the process.
